A worth while experiance. I am sure that 64bit native applications are coming out soon that will make up for running some instabilities of 32bit aps. Vista64 is teh next generation of windows. I was initially reserved about it like XP from Windows 98 but I now embrace it.

Windows Vista Home Premium x64 (64-Bit) is quite nice to have. Dell Computer's have them in production, and there quite cheap too so I reccomend next time you purchase a pre-made computer, seek a 64-Bit system with Vista. You'll be amazed how much you can do on them, if you find some native 64-Bit software. Intel's Itanium 2 CPU's are the only pure 64-Bit proccessors that are known today (AMD doesn't yet), but also there is (which I have currently) the Intel® EM64T which is x86-64 processors which can process both 32-Bit and 64-Bit.
