If you like stability and performance.In 2008 it the best Os that you can install on a pc (if 64 bit ) Now 70 % of the driver are compatible with this OS .Juste check the compatibility of your device before .

i am using vista x64 since 2007 and win 7 x64 ,but ive bought xp x64 edition,and it doesn't work in my laptop.
ive got two,both with a quad core cpu,both laptops in raid,and it said on the screen while i boot,that it shut off because agpi9or i ve to press f7 when he asks for the storage drivers.
i ve bought a floppy disk,and i got the drivers for the intel boards ich-8-9-10(i ve got a x58 intel ich-10 with triple channel ddr3 and a core i7 in a clevo D 900F laptop and an ich-9 board with dual channel ddr 3 with a Core 2 quad qx9300 cpu(asus G71V)but he loads everything and than i get a blue screen which said that he shuts down,or press f7 when asks for storage drivers,so what do i have to do,or which drivers do i need?(i ve got intel matrix storage srivers for ihc 8,9&10)please help me, thanks cor ,holland
